Height: Varying. Usually 5 feet tall
Weight/build: Weightless with a slim build. Similar in looks to Xerath, but is yellow instead of blue and no stones floating in his form. There is also a power cell in his chest, a small boxy with a lightning bolt on the side. It can be seen at times when he is moving (Floating mostly, though sometimes movement will change to a skating motion), idle (Electricity arcs from his body, random appendages expanding for a moment before returning to their more normal size), taunting (???), or joking (flies into his box which lays on the ground, idle. Spark will jump halfway out, his head, arms, and upper torso visible as if he were an electric jack-in-the-box as he attempts to "shock" the enemy with his sudden appearance). Upon death Spark is forcibly sucked into the electricity box and the box flares brightly before dimming. His alternate skin would have his electric body be cyan in color instead of yellow, and spells would look more like ice than electricity. The skin name would be Cold Fusion Spark.

Lane: Mid lane or Top lane would be a good fit for this champion. With his passive ability he could easily be a support mage, though his squishiness would make this a risky choice, as well as having only one spell to help his lane partner escape. He is too weak in early levels to jungle.

Abilities
Passive Name: Energy Transfer - Spark regains mana from spells cast by enemy or ally champions. The amount of mana he regains is equal to half the amount of mana used when a spell is cast within 1300 units and the caster is visible. Mana regenerating items purchased (excluding potions) will be half as effective.
Q Name: Paralyzing Strike (30/40/50/60/70 Cost) (6s/6s/5s/5s/4s Cooldown)
- Spark fills his target with electricity, stunning them for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds and dealing 70/110/150/190/240(.5 AP Ratio) damage. Minions killed with this ability explode to deal half the damage in a 200 unit radius and apply half the stun.
W Name: Power Surge (70 Cost) (12s Cooldown) - Passive: Spark supercharges the electrons in his form, increasing his movement speed by 30/35/40/45/50. When activated, his basic attacks gain a boosted 10/20/30/40/50(.05 AP Ratio) magic damage for the next 7 seconds. Passive effect is lost when this skill is activated or on cooldown.
E Name:** Unstable Bonds** (50/70/90/110/130 Cost) (10s Cooldown) - Spark spreads out his form, causing him to dodge any basic attacks and single-target spells for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds. Area of Effect spells will deal 50% of their normal damage. During this time Spark is unable to attack or cast spells and Power Surge is disabled.
R Name: Livewire! (100 + {47/51/55}mana per sec) (3s Cooldown) - Spark doubles his movement speed and is able to cross small terrain as he races towards a target location. When he stops moving, he deals damage in a 675 unit radius dealing 100/200/300(4% mana consumed) magic damage, decreasing to 50% damage in the outer radius of the spell.
