New chat room idea!

Hey guys, hey Riot games. I want to share with you one idea:

Are you being bored everytime while the match is loading, just sitting and doing nothing else? Here is my idea: it would be great if people could chat while the game is loading. I saw that you don't have much time in the match to chat with enemy or your team about other things that you want to and it wouldn't be so boring, to just sit and wait for the game to start by just having the chance to chat with the folks that you'll be up against just to relieve some time or have a friendly discussion before the game starts.

Anyway if you think it's good idea,here is my oppinion: I think the chat room should be small in the middle of the screen and it wouldn't be so bad to minimize the champions icons and make some room for the chat, right? But anyway that it's my idea that could be great to spend the time while you waiting to play.

If you can do that and think it's good idea let me know, RIOT PLEASE DO THAT :D
