Count Morgan, The Traveling Act
This is a champion concept I have worked on for several months in my spare time, it is something I hold very dear and would like to see it judged among my fellow summoners. I have used numbers ratios and even stats to fit him in perfectly into the game using currently active champion's stats as a good reference point. I am open to suggestions and willing to listen to everyone who posts. I am just hoping you can help this become a reality. His character is similar to that of a wandering magic act, so expect things equal to that of a magician but with things more in character. And no card tricks, those are for beginners. So, I give you Count Morgan, The Traveling Act:
EDIT: Lore: "As you could imagine, a traveling act is... something that people have lost interest in. My tricks are stale, my so called "powers" are obviously smoke and mirrors. People just don't have the same act of wonder and aww as they used to. As the magic of this land strengthens my own fades away. Being seen as nothing more than something that has been done before or... no where near as interesting as someone else and even overall fake. But that changes today. As you could imagine I get around a lot, traversing through various towns, cities, forests. However this time, I wondered aimlessly in dark and terrifying land. It seemed... unnerving with the sound of people wailing, dangerous animals and even the very fabric of my mind gnawing at itself just being within the enclosure of this hared place. While passing through, A branch had blocked my path, it was different though, radiating a form of power I had never seen before. I had decided to pick it up with me, I could possibly make a story after it to gain the crowds attention. So I had cut a piece off, once I did though, the very ground it was on changed from this dark gloomy land to something more calming and lively, the entire forest changed as though it was an entirely different land. That was a new feeling of clarity. But that piece i cut, or my new wand, must of come from something of great power. A treant of some sort. With this new found magic, I can now show the crowd something new, powerful and more than just smoke and mirrors. Time to show off the Main Event!"
Passive: Encore Once Count Morgan has assisted an ally in the death of an enemy champion, destruction of a building or death of a large monster or dealt the killing blow himself, his allies along with his own Basic Abilities Cool-downs are reduced by: 3/6/9/12. This effect will only be active if it has not been activated in the last 7 seconds.
Passive (Secondary): Spell Binding Shield Count Morgan passively gains a spell shield that scales with 20% (AP) + (10 x (Current Level). The Spell Shield blocks all form of magic damage and movement impairing effects. Once damaged the shield will dissipate after 3 seconds and if he doesn't take damage it will return at a rate of 10/30/60/90 points per second after 4 seconds of not taking magic damage.
Q - Main Event 4 Second Cool down / Mana Cost 50/55/60/65/70 Count Morgan shuffles through his tricks, gaining an empowered auto attack: Base Damage: 40/80/120/160/200 + 60% (AP) in magic damage after selecting and casting this ability. When activated, His wand will begin to radiate a color depending on the form of ability he will use to appease the crowd (Q must be held down to continue searching and released on the chosen trick, and will change every .5 Seconds for 4 seconds). Once the trick is selected by releasing Q, it will be set to be used next time he auto-attacks, he will be able to store this ability for up to 5 seconds. If it is not used after 5 seconds, the ability will dissipate and go on half the normal cooldown.
1st: His wand radiates a bright Yellow. Reactivating Q will empower his next auto attack, sending out an electrical strike dealing 20/40/80/120/160 50% AP, sending a surge that damages the selected targets and travels to the 3 closes targets that are next to each-other. Units hit with the surge's electrical strikes following the the direct hit take 20% less damage from this ability, prioritizing champions. Ability Cast Range: 550 / Electrical Surge Range: 750
2nd: His wand radiates a bright Red. Reactivating Q will empower his next auto attack, proceeding to attack will send out a spark in a cone dealing a Damage Over Time burn scaling for 2% of the targets maximum health, increased by 1% for every 100 ap over time for 2 seconds, as well applying grievous wounds for 1. This ability will stun if the selected target if they are movement impaired for 1.2 seconds by another unit. Ability Cast Range 550 / 600 Cone Range / 90 Degrees 30% AP Scaling 20/30/70/90/110
3rd: His wand radiates a bright White. Reactivating Q will empower his next auto attack will strike in a cone dealing a heavy slow 40%/50%/55%/60%/65% to those in the cone and a applies a 1.5 second silence to those facing him as well as the slow. 550 Cast Range / 700 Cone Range / 80 Degrees 30% AP Scaling 20/30/70/90/110
4th: His wand radiates a misty Black. Reactivating Q will empower his next auto attack, sending out a Dark mist in a cone applying Flee for 1 second, and reducing the primary target's damage dealt by 10% + ( 1% for every 50 ap). Ability Cast Range: 550 / 650 Cone Range / 80 Degrees 30% AP Scaling. Base Damage: 20/30/70/90/110
W - Double Vision 20/18/16/14/12 Second Cooldown / Mana Cost: 80/100/125/140/160 Passive: Basic attacks passively steal 5/10/15/20/25 ability power from the enemy, stacking up to 5 times and are loss after 5 seconds of no attacking. Count Morgan Selects an ally (or himself) and makes a copy of this champion after .5 seconds, allowing him to operate the mimic by reactivating the ability. When the mimic is destroyed, a smoke cloud will appear where it died, removing vision from the target area. Leash Range: 1100 Smoke Cloud Size: 300
E - Escape Plan 25/21/18/16/14 Second Cooldown / Mana Cost: 100 at all ranks Drops an area of effect shroud that takes .5 seconds to fully appear, engulfing the area and lasting for 2, adding the fog of war in the target location and disabling vision currently in the area (except for true vision) an Enemy moving within the escape plan have their movement speed reduced While inside, allies and himself have increased movement speed as when leaving, the buff will decay quickly after 1 second. Smoke Cloud Size: 150/300/450/600/750 - Movement Speed Buff: 10% at all ranks
R - Show Stopper 120/90/60 Second Cooldown / Mana Cost: 150/175/200 Passive: Count Morgans: "Encore" Now effects his allys summoner spells without needing to refresh. Count Morgan begins to channel his final act, targeting an enemy champion will drop a magical sword box on top of them, removing all vision around them, proceeding to stab them through the sides dealing 150/200/350 50% AP Scaling after 1.5 seconds. After which the target can be teleported a range depending on Count Morgans current AP 5 units per 1 Ability Power this secondary active has 1 second to be activated after usage.
