[Champion Concept] Ovrun, the Everpresent Intellect (Name Subject to Change)

**Lore: **

Ovrun was not always the being he is now. At one time Ovrun was a resident of Zaun, living on the edge of the city away from all the experiments and madness found within the city. He was a curious child, with an insatiable hunger for knowledge and a need to train and use his mind to its extremes. He would seclude himself in his room and read books for days on end. He created puzzles that seemed to have no definite solution, only to solve them within seconds of creation. He would go to any lengths to better his intellect, as he knew his mind was superior to the norm. Later in his life he wandered into the inner circles of the city in search of new books to further expand his knowledge. He was confronted by a group of scientists offering to strengthen the power of his mind and augment his mind to further enhance its capabilities. Seeing this as a chance for his mind to be strengthened even more. He was then subjected to a grueling and arduous program of constant mental training and painful augmentations, the end result being the Ovrun we have today. His mind had become impossibly powerful and he had gain powers allowing him to manipulate not just the world around him, but the minds of those around him as well. The scientists rejoiced at their creation, but their joy was cut short. Ovrun demanded they bow before him as he was their lord. He deemed himself a “perfect intellect, superior to all meek minded and lower life forms”. The scientists fled the lab but that proved futile. Ovrun hunted down each and everyone of the scientists, but not physically. His mind wandered the world searching for them, grasping at them, warping their thoughts. Each of the scientists had eventually gone insane and had either committed suicide or died to mental shock. Ovrun had seen his power, and had embraced it with open arms.

He was later contacted by the League of Legends to join the fight on the Fields of Justice. Seeing this as useful, he joined so he could oppress the weak minded and sate his still present thirst for knowledge through the Leagues vast libraries.

Abilities:

**Passive: Omniscience**

Ovrun enters the mind of his foes, giving him true sight of invisible units and sight of units that leave his vision for 3 seconds.

    **Q: Oppresion**

Cooldown: 8/6/5/3 seconds Cost:50/70/80/90 Mana

Ovrun overwhelms the minds of his foes, dealing 50/60/70/90(+3%AP) true damage to all enemies in sight(individual sight not ally). This damage is increased by 20% if there is more than 1 enemy champion present.

    **W: Perception**

Cooldown: 13 seconds

Ovrun gains foresight of his enemy’s moves through their thoughts, allowing him to evade their attacks. Builds 2 charges of Foresight. After activating, Ovrun consumes a charge of foresight and dodges the next skill to target/hit him or alternatively nullifies the next AoE spell casted that affects him. Charges stack offering the same effect but sequentially(i.e. Dodge one then immediately the next). Charges refresh with cooldown. Cooldown does not begin until all charges are used.

    **E: Mental Decay**

Cooldown: 10/8/7/6 Cost:70/80/100/110 Mana

Ovrun targets an enemy champion and deteriorates and warps their mind, dealing 45/50/60/80(+35%AP) over 5 seconds. The target is also applied 3 stacks of Decaying Mind. Decaying mind stacks reduce the target’s AP by 5% per stack and take 2% extra magic damage from all sources per stack. Stacks deteriorate over 1 second.

    **R:Omnipotence**

Cooldown: 100 seconds Cost: 100/200/250

Ovrun unleashes his full mental capabilities, gaining sight and true sight of all enemy champions for 10 seconds. Deals 60/120/190(65%AP) magic damage per second for 4 seconds to all enemy champions that are in Ovrun’s sight. All enemy champions within this sight can be affected by Oppresion but take 10% less damage if they are not in Ovrun’s normal sight range.

well cool idea you made there :)

I like his BOW TO ME I AM SUPERIOR!!! personality :) now our donger has a rival xd

but his abilities..

well his passive is anti Juke without doing something, gaining treu sight of a target is already pretty powerfull but hey no more LB jukes :) his Q is a cool ability, with a bit more AP scaling then it will be great :) it is THE anti tank ability :) his W however is a bit overpowered to me, being able to dodge 3 spels means he will negate a full burst in the early game. this ability plus his Anti tank/Juke/mage will be to powerfull in the laning phase with 3 dodges. his E is at one side to weak but at the other side to strong, it deals very low damage but it also greatly decreases the Targets AP and MR resist for a short time.

his R however is just to OP. being able to do more then 1250 Damage by just standing around feels a bit unrewarding to me when I would use it. the idea is cool but there is no counter towards this ult thanks to his passive.

so yh all of these isseus can however gladly be Adrressed by number balancing, I like the abilities in General but right now the numbers on his W the reduction on his E and his Ult are just to high at the moment. but the idea is good so I will say a bit of a good job :)
