New Idea: Combining Team Speak Into The Game?

I hope I'm posting this on the correct section..

I had this brilliant idea that you combine "Team Speak" into the game by allowing people with a headset or a microphone to assist their teammates when in battle. While, having the function to mute certain players who are being profoundly rude or for team members who don't want to listen to a team member. Lastly, it would be push to speak, so that it would block out background noise of other players.

What does everyone else think of this idea?

Wow, how amazing, you're the first person to ever suggest in game voice chat! Riot get this man a job!

In all seriousness, in-game voice chat would be an amazing feature to have. Both Dota 2 and HoN have it. It doesn't really promote raging beyond what might be said in text chat, and as you said muting should be an option to avoid this sort of problem. More importantly, it opens up unique game engine based options such as in-lane or local area voice chat like HoN has.

In the end, Riot won't do it in the near future because of additional server costs and the need to introduce a complex modification to the game engine.

I agree, team speak will take LoL to a whole new level and will help a lot with the game play and the moral. If Riot doesn't put this idea in place they will be making a huge mistake!
