Can someone help me with the ban issue?

I was playing with 2 friends in a game where they dared me to play poppy support, my adc started feeding and I said some things I shouldn't have. I realized that I was getting toxic and at one point apologized, but then the other 2 players on my team started calling me names, slurs, etc and I had lost it, I was 12 at the time of the ban and I was so petrified of what had happened that I just got off of my computer and stood there crying as I saw that tab close. What im saying is the ban wasn't completely my fault despite the things I had told them. I take full blame for the words I had said that the time and I have changed into a less toxic person. Overall I think it would be fair to have another chance at getting my old account back. I do understand if you continue the ban but I just wish for one more chance

If you want to contact Riot with this request, your best bet is a support ticket. Not the boards. The outlook isn't good though since the policy is to not un-ban anyone that wasn't banned in error.

I would also recommend you edit out your email as well since it's just flapping in the wind for every single anonymous people to look at right now.

At 12, you're too young to officially accept the ToU, so that would be a permanent ban offense all on it's own.

Just to reiterate what AeroWaffle said: edit out your email. It's a bad idea to type it out on a public forum.

So you know, that's bannable offense already on it's own
