Jhin DMG late game

Pls Riot buff Jhin ,hes soo weak late in comparison with lucian ,vayne ,varus and almost all the adcs.Im a jihn main and i deal 700 ad with crit to an adc and i have fixed attack speed, he has 2.00 attack speed and the same ad , i think its not fair .Best solution is to give him faster reload speed. TY Rito i hope u understand and buff jhin :(
