Warning for something that i didn't write?

Why did I get a warning and a notice for content that I didn't write? I was reporting someone else for being very offensive and some moderator blamed me and made it look like I wrote it. What do you need from me or can an intelligent person research this through my account? The moderator who did this obviously has no idea what hes doing because I am not the one who wrote the things he linked in my warning.
