The image is the same information I got. "Hello, Rhasta Smokeleaf. You have been told several times on at least two account (including the permanently banned Lovepet on EUW) that the behavior you have been displaying on the boards is unacceptable.

While I understand that you may disagree with the acceptability of this behavior, that does not absolve you of the responsibility to follow board rules and warnings you have received while discussing our disagreement. You have not demonstrated an improvement in your ability to do this and, as such, a permanent suspension is being placed on your account. -The Djinn

Okey... so what did I do? Because it doesnt say it in here. Honestly what I believe I did was to prove that at least one of the moderators had been lying, this moderator told me to stop pointing this out... I didnt cause the lies were never apologized for nor anything else.

So, wich board rule did I break? The notification doesnt say that.

I find it strange that this behavior continues from Moderators of these forums. Im an adult trying to speak to you like an adult, and this is how you treat me and how you "explain" your behavior (the ban) .

1 question.... How can I improve when you dont tell me what is wrong nor how to imrpove? Everyone can see what you wrote to me, everyone can see that you asking me to stop a behavior you have not explained.

Also Djinn... you have several times told me to take questions to the discord... I CANT YOUR COLLEGE DID BAN ME FROM THE DISCORD Also, you told me to make a ticket if a moderator did not do his job.. I CANT YOUR COLLEGES REMOVED MY TICKET ACCOUNTS.

Sorry... You have bound my hands and asking my to cut an apple... its not only hard, its impossible.

I can sit here trying to explain it, but are you willing to listen, are you willing to change? Are you willing to be open minded?

Your next action shows me what next action will take. I believe in 2 eyes for an eye... remember that and remember all the things I claim you have done towards me...Alea iacta est <-- Google it.

You have been told multiple times in multiple thread lock messages and violation messages on your other account. I will repeat it here for clarity.

You are allowed to disagree with a moderation action, and you are allowed to take issue with a punishment, if you do so in a calm and respectful fashion. You have instead shown a history of accusing us of lying, taking comments out of context, accusing us of not holding to our own beliefs, accusing us of not trying to help, accusing us of not listening, and insisting that we (the volunteer moderators) are someone responsible for the actions of the NA Player Support team, when we are not related programs and have no influence over the actions taken by the NA Player Support team.

To put it bluntly, I'm sorry that you do not agree with some of the actions taken against you, and I have raised your concerns about moderator actions and behavior (including my own) to those whose responsibility it is to consider them. Ultimately, however, we cannot make every punished player 100% satisfied with the actions taken against them.

I did havea problem with a punishment and I did express it in a very calm and respectful fashion. Or what have I said that you belive to be disrespectful and I be more then willing to list 10 times I feel you disrespected me for each time you feel I disrespected you... but if you are the only one allowed to be disrespected and you can not disrespect.. then please explain how i did disrespect you. Also, respect is not gained, is earned.

I have accused you of lying, yes. I have put forth proof and evidence of these actions and you have not disproven any of them. Is it against the rules to point out when a moderator or user is lying? You accuse me of taking comments out of context, maybe that is because you did that towards me first? you know, what comes around goes around.. but sure... what comment did I take out of context?

I have not asked you to 100% satisfy me... go over what I really have asked of you and what my threads are about. I have told you this so many times. YOu have missunderstood me, you have wrongfully passed judgement and make remarks and statements that you can not back up and that is also not true... But this is never what I have asked for... Okey "Challenge accepted" Its really a numbers thing(where you and your colleges have done strange things) but okey I give you 1 that is really obvious.

Issue is the number of lies. This is back on the EUNE boards where I made a thread about: I was on a 10 game-loss streak. I requested help on how to end this streak. I didnt get any help... all I got was "trolls" and downvotes. 0 help 0 tips. So I made the thread again, asking for help and requested that it should not be downvoted. Same thing happen. And I believe I posted it at least 1 more time... All threads got removed and I got life-time suspended.

It was highly inaccurate, filled with "Untruths" and strange statements.

I posted the image I posted to you... to show him that I was in fact life-time banned in the boards for "promotion" and I only wanted to know why and asked why this "attack" on me? (and I feel all of you are attacking me the same way as this ticket supporter did, all the time!)

Look at the date and times those tickets are made... all I did was ask why I was banned for promotion, and when mistreated... why I was being mistreated and disrespected. Everything ignored and more attacks and accusations of "trolling" , meanwhile here I sit... clueless over the mistreatement I believe is unjust from a companys support-team ... a company that you are the face of in their official boards.

As I previously stated, its not only there(ticket support)... it continues over to these boards, up to RIOTs supervisors!... Ofc there will be a "toxic game" with "the worlds most toxic community" if the entire chain is "toxic". I have been lied to and passed judgement upon for well over 3 years. Im sick and tired of this unjustified behavior just because as Terror Nami said: you believe Im a "Bad guy".

I am unable to comment on actions they have taken, as I cannot access the history of those actions and will not presume to speak for a team I am not associated with. This question needs to be addressed to the EU boards team via whatever channels they use for resolution.

It is not true that we see you as a bad guy. I honestly have no opinion on the morality of you as an individual. I haven't talked to anyone who considers you a bad guy either. I have talked to many who have agreed your behavior is in violation of the Board rules, but not one of them has weighed in on the inherent "goodness" or "badness" of you as a person, because it's not important to our responsibility to maintain the Board rules.

So why was I called a troll among other things? I understand you speak for yourself.. but I have a problem with your colleges, mostly... I have some problems with you too. Your colleges have called me many things and passed so much judgement my way. Im 30+ years old, getting told what to do by a ... 22 year old? How old are your colleges? ... And when I get told what to do its based on their breef talk with me. They have no clue who I am nor what I do.

So if I violate the board rules then freaking help me? I have told you several times that Im n00b at this, Im older... I dont have absolut nor perfect knowledge of this place nor any other place for that matter.

What I see is 80% of the comments being offtopic , this goes for the moderators to. And when I report all these comments, none of them gets removed! This is why I stated that "you are not fit to judge what is offtopic or not, you are offtopic yourself" <-- I did not state this to you, but one of your college.

How old are your colleges?

Their age is no issue of yours (or mine, for that matter) unless they choose to share it, and their age has no bearing on the overall quality of their moderation decisions, which is what they are chosen for.

And we (including myself) have told you several times what behavior is not acceptable. The fact that you often disagree with our statements on acceptable behavior does not mean we have not attempted to help you identify what behavior is in violation of the rules.

This is the last we will engage on this topic. Please do not create future threads about this (or similar) topics. We have established that we cannot resolve your core issues regarding the EU and Support Ticket situations, and I have escalated your concerns about the NA team through the appropriate channels. There is nothing further the volunteer team has the power to do here.

(I only gave permission to post things about me as long as nothing was taken out of context) He also posted direct "untruthful" things about me. Also passed judgement and once again, called me a "soft-troll". He made claims that I had intentionally fed <- I called him out on this.

I find this behavior really really strange! So did most people becuase according to my log Im an Angel compared to the "monsters" you have playing this game... hence the "Worlds most toxic community" title... cause that title aint cause of me, but Im the worlds most toxic player(?).

Passed on to who? Because so far everyone have ignored everything I have written and passed it off as "not my problem", but guess what... Its my problem and the company you "volunteer" for is losing... players... You dont even have to be smart to understand that problem... Because in the end its really not my problem, its Riots problem. I can play other games(And I have), how many other games have they made and making money out of?

First of all I want to congratulate you on the promotion... did it happen after the life-time suspension of me? aww.

Remember when I said I had a problem with you. Allow me to explain the problem I have with you.

To my understanding: You come in to a thread of mine telling me that you want information about your colleges so you can pass it up the chain... I give you this information (same as in here) and I get life-time suspended after pointing out the double-standard of another moderator.

From my point of view, this means that you did lie. You made a claim that was shown to not be correct at that time <-- Remember this

So now some weeks later you say the same things... you ask of me to keep it short. "Challenge accepted" and I give you the most obvious "untruthful" statement riot ever made towards me and about me. You basically tells me "not your problem"

After this you say that you are done... but you have not answered questions posted to you about both your own behavior and the behavior of y our colleges... Did you know that when given an advice to your twitter or ticket they tell summoners to come here... for no use as you have no powers nor connections and the one rioter that comes in here every now and then only tells ... You have instead shown a history of accusing us of lying, taking comments out of context, accusing us of not holding to our own beliefs, accusing us of not trying to help, accusing us of not listening, and insisting that we (the volunteer moderators) are someone responsible for the actions of the NA Player Support team, when we are not related programs and have no influence over the actions taken by the NA Player Support team.

I have the evidence on my HDD and you dont have access to that... so what did these people in reality see? " taking comments out of context" <-- Riot tantram did this when he made the "30 pages of reports" statement. You must understand that this is the definition of taking things out of context? "accusing us of not holding to our own beliefs" <-- One of your moderators did call me a "troll" (well tantram as well) and later the same moderator asked me to stop with the namecalling (I had not even namecalled) .... I called hypocracy and was life-time suspended... You must understand that this is the definition of not holding to your own belieifs? "accusing us of not listening" <-- Yes, I have asked you so many questions and made so many statements that you have chosen to ignore. I believe that is a defintiion for "not listening"... or do you disagree? Hi Smokeleaf,

I’m here to give a second opinion and take and your situation. First off I would like to comment on Djinn’s promotion. Actually, he got that after he busted his Archivist butt getting projects done and working hard to help us all moderate better. He’s one of the reasons why we’re getting better at doing what we’re doing.

Now that’s out of the way, you claim victim but I recall you insulting me and giving me a hard time for asking people to calm down in threads. It makes it really hard for me to moderate when you’re breathing down my neck and “trashing/trolling” me in threads. In my opinion as an individual (not a mod), I don’t understand how you claim innocence when you’re being rude to other people.

Needless to say, I’m going to lock this thread now as the discussion has derailed to insults and your questions have been answered.
