Paying More Blue Essence For Mastery Level 6???

So I wanted to get my Morgana to mastery level 6. I've reached mastery level 5 and have 2 mastery tokens from 2 games where I earned 2 S ranks from using her. Now I wanted to level up Morgana to mastery level 6. I noticed that to level up I needed 2 mastery tokens and combine it with the following skin shard, permanent (skin???), and blue essence. The link says 2 mastery token and 500 blue essence, HOWEVER, in-game mine requires 2 tokens and 3250 BLUE ESSENCE to forge. Is there something wrong or is it different for every region? (I'm in OC btw). If this was intentional (3250 b.e), isn't the link misleading. [sg-lux-2]
