I got S5 in the last season and i would've thought when season 8 began on 16th of january, I would've gotten my rewards but me and also my friend didn't get anything? Does anyone know why?

For Silver 5, you would have gotten an Icon and a Border, if you got silver 5 in multiple queues you would have gotten a Ward Skin. If you were ever 14 day banned toward the end of the season or chat banned when the season ended you would not have gotten any rewards.
