Leaverbuster Fix

Guys, I seriously don't agree with the fact that Riot punishes players with crappy internet by doing the leaverbuster thing if the player's internet/laptop cuts out right before a match. They should develop an algorithm that detects if the player that 'leaves' left because of circumstances out of their control. I get people might say something along the lines of 'oh well if you dont have great internet, you shouldn't be playing league anyway', but do you think banning them or making them wait longer queues solves the problem of people who play league with crappy internet? No. It doesn't. Some people can't afford better internet and still want to play league (free)... It is a community after all.
