The Leagues Riot Card

I bought riot cards for 20 euros from The Netherlands but I'm playing league in NA server. I just noticed that they wont fit because of numbers (digits in the other side of the card) . I heard that there is away to contact in the RIOT company to help change that. Is there a possible way to do that?

submit a Support Ticket to Riot, they might be able to help you.
