If you are referring to account recovery, there is not a set amount of information, and there's not some magic scoring system. The determination is made by the support agent after reviewing your answers as a whole, including not just whether right or wrong but how right or how close they are, as well as reviewing internal data.
You can give them all the right answers in the world but if their internal data confirms beyond a reasonable doubt you aren't the original owner, you won't get it back. You can also get most of them wrong, and if their internal data confirms you are the original owner you'll get it back.

Hear me my child, I come from a place that was once called impossible. It is true, once you are permabanned you cannot get your account back, unless what if I told you have seen the black abyss that is called the .01 percent of people too toxic.....and come back to play once more on that account. Putting being dramatic aside, it is not likely you will get your account back anytime soon. It took me maybe 6 months to get my account unbanned after maybe 4 tickets and 10 emails sent. You are going to reall have to be sorry and not flame again though and you have to prove it to the riot employee. You also have to hope the riot employee youre talking to is having a good day. I wouldnt spam email them also, remember they are people and people can tell if youre bsing them. I also had to submit a full fleged essay saying why my behaviot was bad, how it made other people feel and so on. Then after that they will make your account 2 week suspended. You have to really try not to be toxix though cause this is like a 1 in a billion chance and you wont get it next time. Make a smurf account and flame on that one if you really need too (which I dont think is correct). This isnt main account for obvious reasons also. Good luck fool.
If your account was locked for security issues, or if you lost control over it (ie, you forgot the password and username, etc) you can ask them to help you, and they'll ask you to fill out the information they send you as best as you can remember. This can literally range from;
- What was the IP in which you made the account.
- What was the email used to make your account.
- What was your first RP purchase
Random stuff like that.
