I have Submitter bug reports tickets FOR DAYs now and have yet to recieve anything back. WHY ?

I have been having multiple issues one being i bought rp to buy orange essence for a skin in my loot to be ade permanently. I buy 5 chest bundle with essence added to bundle......And i don't get any essence not even blue. I then had to dischant all my skins in my loot for just 1 only to end up buying another bundle with essence and That one came with 200 orange essence which would have been about right to get the skin. Also been having multiple bugs and now I'm put on leaver buster.............AND it has bugs with leaver buster too......I just want to play my lol :( starting to feel i need multiple account just to play.
