PRE PAID RIOT CARDS

Soo aparently a friend gave me a pre paid card (10$ one) to me to use, since it was my first time using it I scratched it too hard and now its missing the last letter. Now to everyone who is experienced on this, is it possible to have a number or its just all letters? Cause I tried all the alphabetic letters possible and its still not working.

I think you should be able to contact support with the card's product id or something and they should be able to help you.

Idk what kinda RP card ya got m8, mine have always been all numbers, no letters whatsoever.
