Text icons

I noticed that the pictures for the menus of champion and summoner spell icons are severely out of date, is that just something nobody has gotten around to? Like, how old is that Ahri icon? And, the flash is up to date, but when commenting on nexus posts (for example), the flash icon is outdated. What's that about?
