Would i ever reach honor lvl 1 or is it impossible? (last season dishonorable, cechkpoint 2 of3)

I would like to ask is there any chance that im gonna hit lvl 1 and my honor "resets" i was starting as dishonorable with 0 of 3 checkpoints but i already have 2 checkpoints of 3 i was wondering if i can actually reach lvl 1 with getting the third checkpoint? And what matters reaching checkpoints, because ive been most honored lot of times since new season. But thats actually sad... that honor doesnt reset, okay i was flamer last season, but everyone can change... as i did too. who is still toxic he will get punishment again anyway... Thanks guys!
