account reset

So i changed my email on my account, i log out for a minute, i try to log back in and it tells me to pick a new name, basically i got reset to lvl 1. i was lvl 100+ with many skins and champs, i really want my acc back, i made a ticket but i dont remember half of the things blitzcranck bot told me to fill. Any idea what could be wrong? The account name is "JOSHYE"
