A Need for more ways to earn orange essence

I recently got a skin shard for elementalist lux and it requires over 3k orange essence to unlock. The main problem is that there is only one way to earn orange essence, disenchanting skin shards which takes forever if someone is trying to unlock a costly skin.....i request riot to please introduce some new ways to earn orange essence as ive been to collect it for about 3 months now and im not even close to 1k >.<
