Tired of ranked trolls

I get sometimes that players get tilted in ranked and dont perform to their best. But when i get repeated trolls in my games its ridiculous. So i tell them stop trolling, stop inting and they flame. Or players just leave the game and i report, report, report after report them. And what does riot do? nothing. Thats all they do is nothing. But when i get 2 games back to back of a troll kid in my game who feeds, even admits he is feeding. i get chat restricted cause of telling him to stop over and over. Which makes it me "harrasing" him. literally riot needs to take this more serious cause right now its fucking garbage and i lose elo over and over. Not all players are diamond and above to the point where they dont have to deal with this. maybe one day when you fix your game your players will stop leaving this game. Ask any Ex pro about this game they will say its garbage but they only stream it for the money. Ask any player who has left and went to another game and they will tell you its garbage. You put so much time in to get fucked by players who dont care and what does rito do. not a dam thing cause at the end of the day theyre getting money in their pocket and thats obv all they care about.
