hi guys my fps is 200 but my prob with ms sometimes reach 1000ms so wt i can do to fix lag plz help me

Same problem, in almost every game now. It only started recently.
Like I played a game just barely, where the first 20 mins i was completely fine. Next thing I knew, I was hitting 2000+ ms and lagged so badly that I couldn't ult or windwall as Yasuo.
