Add Reviews for People using the Boards

How about allowing votes on summoner profiles for the Boards?

People can vote a like or dislike for a person's behavior, or maybe something more along the lines of the honor system. Such as voting for tilt-proof, gg, or great shot caller.

Someone says ADCs are going to be fairly balanced after the update, or that mages are in a decent spot right now as a whole
