Wait you had HOPE you see there is your problem. But in a serious note I agree there are a lot of of toxic players in normals and it is really annoying.

Sorry you feel that way. I personally have rarely encountered toxic players but understand how annoying and frustrating they can be. That said, if you take a look at the Player Behavior forum you can see that a good amount of toxic players are actually getting punished (well, the ones who are the most vocal about it anyways).

I am not trolling you, I legitimately rarely encounter toxic players in-game. That's not to say I haven't ever encountered them as I have, but I just don't encounter them as much as some other people do. I also play primarily (keyword: primarily) co-op vs. ai, which definitely does factor into that, but even when I switch over to the PvP modes I still rarely encounter toxic players.
I do not work for Riot, I'm just a volunteer forum moderator, that's all.
