Regarding the background of the "Black Alistar Skin" I know it was a pre-order event back in 2015.

Now the question is.. Is it still available in the North American Server?

I have seen other severs being able to win the skin;

Possibly through MSI Capsule, Masterwork, and Hextech Chest?

But, I was just wondering if there is another way to get the skin?

There is no way of getting the skin at all anymore. YOu cant get it from capsules, just like you cant get skins like human ryze anymore. It wasnt in 2015, it was before the game even released, which was quite a few more years ago. Sites that say they sell the skin are fraud, all codes have been deactivatet and buying a account with the skin on is not allowed and will get you banned.
