How can we ban those foolish players account in this game?
Dear Riot. Please Please Please when you ban somebody's chatting, please check whether their teamates are real fools. Why you can't keep away fools from this game?

Because everyone is judged for their own behavior and "fool" is a matter of opinion
ModPrandine3/13/2018, 4:23:32 PM- Other people behaving poorly will not excuse your own poor behavior. Just like in most real-life public places if you and someone else are causing a disturbance then both of you will be asked to leave regardless of who started it.
- It only takes 1 report to flag a game for a review (keyword: review). If the game comes back clean then the report is thrown out. Also, if no one gets reported then they won't be reviewed for poor behavior.
- Punishments are rarely applied in error, but when they are they are usually quickly reversed or at the very least adjusted to a more accurate/appropriate punishment.
