Did the latest League update shit on anyone else?

I have a laptop, and since my screen refresh rate is only 60Hz, I have my FPS capped at 60. I have never dropped below that (if I take it off, I regularly get ~110). I just played a game after the newest League update and had to play at least 90% of the game at 6-7 FPS. I don't get it. Nothing on my laptop changed.

Nevermind. Found the problem. My charger is completely shot. Like, burned up shot and the plastic on my laptop around the charging port is literally melting lmao.
