To Riot

I've used to send a lot of tickets for very minor things without knowing that there's a Red Tracker for that. When I've asked my friends, they also said they have never heard of it. I find its a good thing to have this, but its not "promoted" enough. I think you guys at riot should make like a client announcement or some form of way to communicate with the league players to encourage them to use this feature a lot more. It would be awesome if you guys do events here for in game prizes of any sorts as well. I feel like that would help make the league community a better place.
