I got 1 day ban on EUNE boards and here on NA not ?(help me please with boards, im new here) :)

Hello guys, i got 1 day ban on eune boards for spamming and if i change url to na.boards i didnt get ban. I dont know system of boards. Its difference between eune and na boards ? Because im not banned on NA boards. I thought boards is 1 platform for all regions, not that every region has single boards. So is it correct that every region has different boards? Because on eune i have about 200 upvotes on my profile and here around 50 idk ... Thanks for help :) Im new on this new forum, sorry !
