i keep getting kicked out of the game during the loading screen and just sitting in the normal client un able to re que until the team remakes. i am tired of getting 5 20 min pens cuz the client cant find out im supposed to be in a game. this is the 3rd time its happened and i dont have time to burn these anymore.... i cant even play with friends at this point cuz no ones gonna sit with me for 20 min.
InTheory2 votesYou should definately submit a support ticket for technical help and identify the problem with them together. Also be sure to not jump into other games as long as the issue can reoccur since that increases the chance of you (your account) being banned for constantly afk during games.
bff bath toaster1 votesWhen it happens I cant get into another game. Like i can pick roles and click the ready button but nothing happens. Also I'd hope I dont get banned cuz theres nothing I can do about this. Even relogging did nothing

If that also doesn't fix the issue you should then ask the support. The technical support will then ask you to run certain of their repair tools and send them the logs so they can see what possible doesn't work properly. Can't say more about that though.
bff bath toaster1 votesI have ^_^ it actually happens on multiple computers and happened when I was at school playing a 5 man and I was the only one to get sent back so I'm sure it's a bug. Just hate I now have the pen and loss of lp v.v all riot ever says is they cant do anything about it. I had a live chat b4 where they said they'd gift me the free skins for following their pages which I haddent done and they never even did that lol so kinda boned I'm sure
bff bath toaster1 votesAlso I've submitted tickets b4 and did this time (havent replied to the new one yet) but on my alts they just tell me its internet and cant do anything about it even though I can use the client fine they still wanna say internet even though that's bs and just a buggy game =/

Νami1 votesHey, I get something similar where it "fails to connect" and then it kicks me out to the client and waiting for stats.
The easiest way for me to get back in the game is to close and reopen the client and log back in.
As soon as I log back in it either works and loads the game, or very rarely gives me the same error where I repeat the process until it works.
You should try this next time and let me know if it works for you!
