How Do You Post A Picture In Forum Post

Hey Everyone!

Can someone tell me how to post a picture inside a new forum post. For example, I have a recruiting thread and I want to know how to add a picture of our logo to the top of the thread. I want it to show up there when you click on my discussion topic. I don't want a link to imgur or a html link. I have seen it on other threads done.

BBC won't work, and neither does the [attatch] [/attatch] tags.

Any help would be appreciated and thank you.
