New client (did not know which discussion sorry)

So i just remembered there were plans on new client because leauge stopped supporting Windows XP that there should be new client at patch 9.15 It's now patch 9.17 and i still don't have the new client is there my problem or no one actually has new client?

The only thing new is the login screen. It is not an entirely new client.

Yea i know and that u can log out instead of fully exit but i wonder if it's gonna be added
