Aram is broken

Too many players i'm seeing have an Aram account. I've seen players i new make new accounts just to own top tier champs for the map. I'm seeing more and more skins that are camouflaged with the surrounding (example looking at your pool party MF). I think Riot should allow half if not all champions available on the map. Also, some of the skins should be banned due to having an advantage. Another idea to solving this problem could be inputting an alternating theme to aram's map so players do not know which color will be made available a head of time.
