fix your RASSOL client

i love playing LoL but for a month I have been getting a lot of client problems such as lagging, freezing and taking up to 3 mins to get into games (sometimes not even bein able to get into games) I've tried everything to fix these problem and I've also sent numerous bugsplats and complaints to riot which they haven't responded to but TODAY, August 8th 2018, I was entering a game and I didn't even got into it because the match was remade due to me not being able to enter the game... I WAS AWARDED WITH 5 20 MINUTE LEAVERS for something I have no control of, is this right? I THINK NOT! So please riot fix this problem and also with your clients, thank you and drink water.
