Riot, what were you thinking with Rek'sai?

I just spent $$ on Rek'SaiRekSai. The first thing i noticed is, THE CHAMPION DOES 0 damage? So i looked at the history of Rek'Sai, seems like you constantly "updated" her until you made her a BRICK. Makes 0 sense. are you supposed to run from every other jungler or 1v1? was that the point?

Meanwhile, ViVi has almost the same kit as rek'sai. A little confused, vi's cant be flashed but Reksai's can? Vi can snowball-REKSAI CANNOT SNOWBALL. Just dont see a point to a champion that has cc, but isnt tanky, and assassin ult, but not an assassin.

Seems like a colossal failure with this champ. I'd still buy a god skin for her. but she really is a brick that cant be played. even rammus can 1v1 -_- lol

Lol then how can I 1v1 with her? You need to play fast with her that's all. If you have red buff you can basically kill anyone 5 times. For me she can really do tons of dmg. Can you tell me the build and runes you take on her and how you start a fight and how you fight. When I play her I really only walk around looking for a fight because to lvl 9 Rek'Sai can 1v1 everyone.
