I got permanently banned for seemingly no reason

Greetings summoners! I've been playing League for about 3 and half years now, and it has been the only online competitive game I've ever found myself immersed in. I don't like the negativity and toxicity these types of games tend to bring out in people, myself included. However, I am a lore fiend and I loved the strategic team based mechanics of the game. Though I have read a few posts here in the boards, I have found no reason to post something of my own until now.

Before I get into the purpose of this post, I would like to mention a few things. First off, I rarely play League anymore. I play maybe once or twice a week now. Secondly, I would like to say with confidence I don't spread hate. However I do get a little upset after some matches, but who doesn't? Lastly, no I do not use third party programs to script or whatever. I would never be able to figure out that stuff, nor go out of my way to script as a support main. That makes little to no sense.

With all of that said, you could probably imagine I was quite confused as to why I was banned. I attempted to log in yesterday and all I was given was a pop up box that reads as follows:

"PLAYER BANNED This account has been permanently suspended. Please check the email associated with your League of Legends account for additional details."

Don't players usually get a reform card if they've done something wrong? I can't recall any recent incidents where I was toxic or afk'd. However, I did as instructed and checked my email, but to no avail. Immediately I thought to send in a ticket, as this has got to be a mistake. And I did. I got the automatic email from Riot Support saying "Looks like a response will take a little longer than normal due to a high volume of requests, sit tight and one of our specialists will answer you as soon as they can" blah blah blah. Interestingly enough, when I went to review my ticket from the link provided, I noticed something a little strange; My tickets have been hidden from me. I've provided a link to a screenshot of it. This is strange and has never happened to me before. Why are my own tickets "hidden for security reasons"? This scared me into thinking someone was in my account so I changed the password immediately, despite me never sharing any of my login information except with a previous significant other whom I've since broken up with. Will both my credit card and my mothers be protected if this is the case? A hastily response would be greatly appreciated as this is giving me a lot of anxiety, not only in terms of the status of my account but also the safety of my private information. Any advice regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated, and thank you for taking the time to read this!

This sounds like they believe the account is compromised, so do that to prevent the thief from obtaining any more personal information. Please post this over on the Help & Support board so the player support agents there can assist you, I think they might recommend performing an account recovery (this can only be done through a ticket and it will log you out to submit it).
