i got permanent ban ,i know i did mistakes like everybody ,i admit i got triggered a bit,but i beg you i wont flame again pls i spent so much time playing league since season 2 ,we all do mistakes pls ,pls accord me second chance ,i spent so much money on my account ,i dont know what to do now pls i really beg you ,unban me pls,just give me a second chance pls,im truly lost now,the only account i have and i spent a lot to get where i am :(

You don't get permanent banned from one single misbehaviour. Permabans always result from several violations of the rules and every time you get a warning that further misbehaviour will get your account banned. You obviously did not pay attention to that so a permanent ban is justified and will not be lifted. Also this is the wrong subsection, the right place to post this is Player Behavior.
To prevent violating our spam rules for multi-posting, I recommend you delete this thread in favor of the one in the Player Behavior Board.
But to answer your question, unfortunately no, there will not be second chances for a permanent suspension. If you were escalated across multiple chances and still failed to adhere to the Summoner's Code, then your ban is well-deserved and nobody will overturn it.
