Probably hit that support ticket up. This board is really for boards-related issues. I'd also say you can post this in "Report a Bug."

Generally with most connection issues, the best first step is to try Riot Support's Hextech Repair Tool. This handy tool scans your connection settings, makes sure you have the needed firewall exceptions, etc. It can fix a wide variety of issues, both related to connection and to installation.


If the repair tool doesn't help, Riot Support also has a Troubleshooting Guide that goes over common problems and their solutions one by one.


If all else fails, you can always send in a Support Ticket to get help directly from Riot Support.

Important: Before you send in a ticket, make sure to run the Hextech Repair Tool to gather logs, then attach those logs to the ticket. This gives Riot all the relevant info they need to help you.

It would also be advisable to stop trying to play until you have attempted various fixes for your connection issue. Test your connection in some custom games before queueing for a matchmade game.
