PBE account can't create a discussion?
So I just found out that if you log in this website using a PBE account, you can't create a discussion or even comment, up or downvote any post. Is this a bug or this is the way it is?

PBE has separate boards
Just wanted to step in and add a bit more clarification as to who can post where- on the NA Boards, PBE accounts can't be used to post, as they can only post on the PBE Boards (which D3m37r1 linked). Regions that can post on the NA Boards include NA, OCE, EUW, and EUNE. Hope that clarifies things!
