Like, why would you make upvoting and downvoting for 30 levels? If you wanna protect the system by spammers, it is enough to make it 5 or 10. Also, why the hell I have to be 7, 10 level to comment in EUNE topics? I had to open this char for boards since my countries board is dead and I can't join to discussions just because it is in TR. In my opinion, the ability to comment far overshadows the measly ability to vote. Not being able to vote on an account until it reaches level 30 doesn't mean you're restricted at all really. You can still convey your opinion but rather than it being through increasing a number by 1, you can personally state why or why not you like the post. This ensures that while legitimate low level players can comment freely, they may not be able to also upvote or down vote quite yet, but it also almost completely eliminates vote botting.
