You are only showing the log from the 3rd game? Anyway, what i see there is that you say "stfu" and "9x" which are both considered toxic. And since this is your permaban, you have already been chat restricted twice in the past and banned once. You knew this was coming.

It would also behoove you, if seeking to contest or complain about a punishment, to show your full chat logs -- in this case you're showing one game of what is clearly at least two, and, while one game along might not be problematic enough to merit the punishment by itself, the net total is what matters.
