I merely pointed out what offensive words he said in the pictures shown above.

That is simply the last of the three chat logs that were pointed at him. He deliberately avoids showing us the two other chat logs.

This is also a permanent suspension, which means he has been punished a minimum of three times in the past without learning his lesson.

All true, but these games which I got my permaban for are NOT justifiable as evidence to permaban me. I mean, if you start banning people for saying "stfu", then better permaban the entire community

If done repeatedly it becomes harassment - and would be punishable on grounds of being harassment.

All that aside though, it's unnecessary. Reports don't stack, so you shouldn't be asking for help reporting someone anyways. Your one single report is all it takes to flag the game for review. Additional reports won't do anything to increase the likelihood or severity of a punishment.

It's not a question of whether the behavior by itself warranted a permaban or not, it's the fact that (in Riot's eyes) you received warnings to stop and did not heed them that would warrant a permaban.

Plus you still haven't shown game 1. We're not going to side with you unless you show us the entire chat log. We've been here a while, and we know the types of tricks people tend to pull. Nobody's willing to get hoodwinked, so either show your full log or accept that nobody who matters is going to side with you because you failed to produce the full evidence.

Threads discussing bans and punishments typically below in Player Behavior. It would also behoove you, if seeking to contest or complain about a punishment, to show your full chat logs -- in this case you're showing one game of what is clearly at least two, and, while one game along might not be problematic enough to merit the punishment by itself, the net total is what matters.
