Ideas for runes for new accounts

So i was wondering if yall were ever thinking about making the default rune pages editable or where you can make your own at lvl 8 instead of just giving us the default ones because i just dont see a point in unlocking it at lvl 8 but you cant make your own page or edit the defaults ya know ive played league for some time now and recently making this new account i noticed i couldnt edit or make rune pages till lvl 18 even though you unlock the runes at lvl 8 all you can do is select the page you want to use but most players could agree that they would rather use theyre own pre made runes instead of the defaults just at thought please if anyone else has a thought on this please go ahead and comment.
