Over 3 weeks since I sent a ticket and Riot didn't answer.

I got a 14 day ban 3 weeks ago from about 4 trolls. Was playing Irelia, couldn't do anything early against Sett so I was 0/6. Game ended with me being 6/10 I believe and yet everyone blamed me even tho we had a jungler that was 4/14 and bot who was a total of 6/22. Regardless, it happens. Thing is I got the ban and told me it was based on 1 game. I know it was that one since during that day I had positive KDA's and mostly played my main mid. I sent Riot a ticket with that problem and lord and behold I'm still waiting for an answer. I thought it might be a bug since it usually takes 3-4 days max for support to answer so I sent up to 3 tickets up until now. This would be my last place to actually get an answer/discussion to my situation. Riot please mind that such missteps are the exception and not the rule.

You submitting more tickets is putting yours to the back of the queue. Stop submitting more and wait your turn.

My ban expired. I only sent a new ticket every Sunday hoping it may refresh the queue or something. Still even if I did put mine on hold then we go to I waited a 7 days and no answer.
