New blue essence

This doesn't effect me as much as a new player but how do new players get new champions because I probably lost 2-3k blue essence between the ip change till now. i currently have 120k and it seems like to get more, its rng base you either get high blue essence champions or get a few low blue essence champions. Im still set on blue essence for a few champion releases but it seems almost impossible to gain blue essence well at lest not as fast as you could in the old system. Also do you think riot should give us more ways to get blue essence like the old system where you got some every game or they should adjust the pricing of champions because 6300 for a new champion is way to much as of right now, i also think they should adjust the blue essence for everything else.
