Problems with my video card put me in low priority queue how can I fix?

Hello,

I been a lol player since 2013 on and off.... But over the past months I stared to have problems with my video card which resulted in me leaving many games. Now I have to wait about 10 minutes. I have already fix the issue by getting a new card but I still need to wait 10 minutes :(

only way you can fix it is play and wait out the 10 min penalty for whatever set # of games you are punished for.
