What is going on with league right now?

I was just in champ select and I couldn't ban anyone i tried minimizing the tab and various other things and all i could do was watch the time decrease and watch as i get a 6 min timeout ban, do you guys have something against me or something? ive been getting banned for the stupidest things come on league

it just happen again wtf, im literally so close to stop playing this game i jsut cant catch a break with this game all i do is sit here and want to play but i got to wait atleast 20 mins before i can play cause i keep getting banned for things im not trying to do
