Terrible Customer Support and Policies
While I have been playing the game since around Season 5 the Instant Feedback System has slowly been getting worse and worse. Their teams do not look at the whole picture and would rather focus more on their ability to directly punish specific people over the problems that occur within their own game.
I started a new account to practice on a variety of mid-lane assassins. In doing so I started an account April 13th and spent my money to be able to practice a few assassins rather than trying to farm LP for each different person. After getting to LvL 15 in a day, I switched over to PVP to play against players as bots are not sufficient in playstyle or ability to actually pose a challenge. In my third game, my team and I. Not just me came across a player just trying to troll a game. We all told him how his actions were reportable and he just laughed it off. As my team and I were all "negative" to him most of us got a report. This would be my very first report on this account. It was a "Two Week" suspension because "we" had a negative impact on one person's game rather then him having a negative impact on 4 peoples game. So we all get to suffer more because he was the one that caused the issue for his entire team.
After things like this, I stop playing this game for months on end. Why would I want to spend money on a game when the "system" implements a policy and doesn't follow that policy? Where was the escalation path for this? I didn't get any first or second offense. They just skipped from those and went to 3rd Offense, Two Week Suspension. This seems oddly strange after I just spend money on a game and got a Two Week Ban Immediately after starting an account.
I'm glad that I reversed the charges against this B.S. this time. To bad that the game has come to these standards of punishing a group of people rather than the person who is actually causing the problems their support team is always talking about.
