i was in a game it bug splat and i went afk for like 1-2 min and i came back and we won but i lost lp y is that even a thing

It is a thing when you leave the game, yes. The game isn't capable of telling if you left via bugsplat or from a rage quit, so I imagine it will handle that the same way. I imagine that Player Support would be willing to review your case, but I'm not sure what the policy is on actually turning anything around for that; they can't tell if it was a bugsplat or a rage quit, either.

Best bet going forward would be to try to identify when the splat happened and try to prevent it from happening again.
