Too many flamers.. We are not enjoying this game...

Okay first, I'm sorry about my grammar. Last five games, I had at least one flamer each game. The problem is that I am a duo with my gf and she named her id with her name (people know she's a girl as soon as they see her name). So people are flaming on her instead of me, calling her whore and many unspeakable stuff. I reported all of them but still, I meet these kind of people game after game.. Muting is an option, but my gf plays support and she is a type who wants feedback from players. But most of them start with such words, trash, garbage, and some sexual harassments. We keep reporting people, but for me, it is really hard to listen someone saying those words to my gf for whatever reason. Idk.. I just wanted to express my resentment here because people flame and just leave after game.

First sorry, this sort of trollish behavior is ridiculous and should not be the reality.

Yet it is the reality. And the both of you can do something about it, which is mute all on both sides every game.

Plenty players in your rank and above advocate that. Many go on to state that all communication can come via pings.

Please understand I'm not condoning the behavior your GF experienced and you witnessed.

You have an option, use it.

Thanks. Last game, our team jungler has harassed her and she couldn't stand it like last time because it already happened few games in a row. She couldn't forbear it so she said stuff back to him. She spoke about game and asked him what's the real problem but everyone in our team was just blaming her for chatting and not playing. This guy also told us to grow up. So I thought this is crazy... somethings wrong because I know I am exaggerating but there was an assailant and she was a victim. But everyone's thinking it's a natural thing to blame someone moreover harass her like it is nothing... Maybe we felt this way because we only have few experience playing online games other than league. I just gotta say it was an awkward experience, I thought maybe I was wrong for the whole time. Just saying, we were doing okay last two seasons but this season, there are more flamers than usual..

Man that sucks. Hopefully your experience improves. Keep in mind you or your girl friend do not owe anything to anyone over n this game. Since I mute both sides my experience has improved vastly.

Why would she need feedback from anyone? She has you to tell her if she is playing well or not, even then the plays normally speaks for themselves.

She just cares what everyone says. She has sort of desire or competitive mind in the game. I always tell her she's doing well but you know, I am her bf and she doesn't think I am objective. And, we were fine till past 3 days, until we met flamers 5 games in a row. The game wasn't like this before. More flamers recently idk why. I told her to stop looking at chats, mute and ignore, but everyone's different. Someone just don't like people talking behind even in mute. I am going to force her to mute everyone next time, and it will take some effort.

That's how people are I guess... you mess up you get flamed, bad play u get flamed I love this game but I won't invite my gf to play it because of the nature of the people playing it :/ sucks tho
