Chat Restriction and Rewards
If you get chat restriction three months or more before the end of the season, are you still going to get the end of the season rewards, like borders and skins?

While the rules are usually the same, they could changed. But in the past as long as you dont have chat restiction when the season is over you should still get rewards.
